Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions. If an incorrect product is delivered that does not match the item description or differs from what was ordered. If the product is defective, damaged, or has a genuine quality or manufacturing issue. If any essential parts or accessories are missing from the package. If the product quality does not meet your expectations. All return and exchange requests are subject to approval and must meet the stated criteria.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Reach out through our WhatsApp support or email us at support@haveu.in. Share your order ID along with a brief description of the issue. You will also need to upload four to five clear images showing the product condition and the original packaging. Products must be unused, returned in original packaging, and must have all tags intact.

Reverse Pickup and Exchange Timeline

Once your request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged within four to five working days from the date of request. After we receive the returned product, the replacement item will be dispatched within four to five working days.

Refund Process

If your request qualifies for a refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed within seven to ten working days after the returned product is received and inspected. In case a replacement is not feasible, you will be informed and a refund will be initiated.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are packed for dispatch. To cancel, go to your order section and click the cancel option. Once the order is packed, cancellation will no longer be available. Refunds for canceled orders will reflect in your account within seven to ten business days. If a product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be initiated within ten working days.

Important Notes

If the package appears tampered with, please do not accept it and return it to the delivery partner. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags.
